Amazing view and excellent customer service. Received by a peaceful agent who explained everything thoroughly. When problems arose, they were sorted out very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. During loadshedding there were lights provided which turned on, thank you very much.

Walking distance from beaches and lively Kalk Bay, but just far enough away from the noise. Although Baytree is located right on the main road, it is just outside the busiest part of Kalk Bay which can be very noisy, yet close enough to leave your car (there is a garage for 1 vehicle and reasonably safe street parking in front) and go into town to walk Apart from the location, this large house is also very comfortably furnished for a family holiday or a small visit with friends. With the large, open spaces, it is wonderfully cool, but can get cold quite quickly, so take something warm with you. The little fireplace in the corner of the living area would have been nice for us to burn, but unfortunately it was burned by a previous large group to such an extent that its glass broke. When he's ready, next time, let's hang out again! Thanks to Thomas and his team!

Fantastic weekend at The Baytree Beach House. We had a lovely weekend. The house is very well equipped, and was neat and clean. The location is ideal and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The only complaint (which doesn't really have anything to do with the house) is that the cars are noisy from early morning in Main Road.

Great visit with family. Breathtaking view. Cozy atmosphere. Really value for money. We really enjoyed our weekend at The Beach House. The location was excellent, the view so beautiful, and it's close to many nice places to eat and shops in Kalkbaai. We visited during the lockdown, which means we mostly had to hang out at The Beach House. How grateful we were then for the choice. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful view - we felt pure luxury. It was freezing cold, so we were very grateful for the nice fireplace. Bring enough wood. If we can make any criticism it will only be about the towels. It was just a little small for the bigger bodies. And if it's winter - bring extra blankets and maybe your own pillow if you're full of fiemies. It was a bit flat. Furthermore, the service was very good, and we would definitely recommend the Beach House to everyone. We will definitely be back too!

Had a great time, even though there were a few things in the apartment that didn't work. No bedside lamps. Few warm blankets for cold nights.
