Description

The Big Tree Main House accommodation is located in a nature area with a lush garden in Hersham, Groot-Brakrivier. It is walking distance from the beach and a 9-hole golf course and also only 2.5 km from the De Dekke business complex. Beautiful view from both the living area and balcony.

The main house accommodates 5 people, with space for a sixth guest on a couch in the living area. Guests are kindly asked to notify the host in advance if extra bedding will be needed. Guests have access to the open-plan kitchen with a separate washing area, dining and living area, and laundry facilities in the garage. Laundry shouldn't be used more than 3 times per week to allow the 2 permanent tenants on the property the opportunity to do their washing. They are very private and have never been disturbed by holiday renters.

The main bedroom has a queen-size bed with a spacious full en-suite bathroom, the main guest bedroom has a double bed, and the second guest bedroom has a three-quarter bed. A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin is shared.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Guests also have access to unlimited Wi-Fi, DStv Premium, and laundry facilities. Braai facilities are available both inside and outside, and there is a lovely garden.

A part of the garden is enclosed, making it pet-friendly. Guests must, however, arrange in advance if they want to bring pets. Preferably small, well-trained dogs, as the house has wall-to-wall carpeting, and pets should not sleep on the furniture.

Secure parking is available in a garage. There is good neighborhood watch, and it is safe to walk, with a route offering views of the river mouth and sea to Mossel Bay.
