Description
The Bunker House is a three bedroom house which is situated in The Village and next to the St Francis Golf Course and St Francis Squash Courts.
This neat and comfortable, north-facing family home comprises three bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and double sleeper couch, ample cupboard space and drawers with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with two single/three-quarter beds each. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower fixed over the bath. A guest toilet is also available. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, please bring along beach towels.
The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with a six plate gas hob, double oven, large fridge/ freezer and a microwave. A scullery, and walk-in pantry is available for guests' use.
The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV with 2000 Channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available as well as a computer desk. An under-roof braai and entertainment area with beautiful views over the green St Frances Golf Coarse and a gate to the Coarse (ninth hole) make this house very special. Secured parking for two cars outside is available behind a fence and electric gate with a monitored alarm and one garage is available.
The Village Business Centre is less than one block away with a Pharmacy, Doctors, Dentist, Super Spar, Hardware stores, Butcher, Bakery and many more very popular and well-known shops. A fully equipped gym is in close perimeter. Several restaurants and popular takeaway restaurants are around the corner. The world-known Waves, Bruce's Beauties, and the Links Golf Course are within walking distance.
