@ The C right in front on the C at Witsand, is a 62-square-metre flat right in front of the sea and consists of its own separate and private entrance with a security gate up the steps to the first floor towards a sunny northern deck facing the street.
The unit can accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, an electric blanket for winter, and a fan and cooler for summer. A new en-suite toilet with basin was recently installed. The flat has a separate small toilet with a hand basin and a bathroom with only a shower. The second bedroom is sea-facing and open to the lounge area, with a double bed and an electric blanket, as well as a bunk bed.
There is an open-plan kitchen/lounge area, a gas stove, a dishwashing machine, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge with a deep freeze, a safe for valuable belongings, and an empty cupboard for groceries. The lounge area faces the sea and has an indoor braai. Facilities include free Wi-Fi and a TV with DStv cable and 70 Dstv channels. There are 12-volt lights in every room in case of load shedding, as well as a gas stove. A sliding door opens onto a large deck with a braai drum. There is a parking area for boats and vehicles.
Guests can stroll along the tranquil beaches or enjoy the unspoiled Breede River mouth, which is famous for its fishing, birding, and whale watching. Sip sundowners on the deck overlooking the incoming tide or relax around the fireplace. If guests are feeling slightly more adventurous, why not try your hand at kite surfing, quad biking, a 4x4 trail, or mountain biking. Welcome to all bowlers. Your host will pay your visitor's fees for the first day.
