The Clubhouse on 37th is the ultimate getaway location on the golf course in Shelley Point Estate. Situated in the heart of St Helena Bay, this property is an ideal option for a getaway with friends and family on the West Coast.
This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and a guest toilet. The first 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a queen-size bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. A dishwasher and washing machine are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating and a Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Through the sliding doors is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities which is a great spot for a sundowner in the evening. The top level also has a distant ocean view.
