The Field Cottage @ Mont Plaisir Guest Farm is a charming self-catering abode constructed from sandstone and thatch, that graces the landscape of Fouriesburg. Perched on a gentle slope, it offers sweeping views of the valley and surrounding mountains, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. The Field Cottage has a sleeping capacity of 2 guests and comprises a bedroom tastefully furnished with a queen-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. It features a dining table with chairs and extends to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a sleeper couch which is available on request at an additional cost, and boasts a cosy fireplace.

The cottage walks out to a thatched veranda with outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the sunset over the mountains. Braai facilities are available, and guests can enjoy hiking trails. Additionally, for the younger visitors, the property offers lead rides on the farm, providing them with a fun and memorable experience in the great outdoors.
