Calm and exciting. It was incredibly nice to be able to stay at the Franklin. The staff are friendly and helpful. The view over the city is incredible!

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Very cute, most luxurious apartment on 16th floor. Beautifully furnished and clean. The location, in the city center, made us feel a bit insecure. Staff are very competent and helpful. Marie kept me company while I had to wait for a taxi. Some help also call for one. Security is good. If we ever have to stay in the center of Johannesburg again it will be at The Franklin Loft.
