The Gamtoos Ferry Hotel is situated near Jeffrey's Bay and offers quality accommodation overlooking the majestic Gamtoos River with a wrap-around patio, for those who prefer to soak up nature outdoors. The hotel is approximately 15 km from Jeffrey's Bay and 55 km from Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
The accommodation offers 4 x double rooms and a family room, or if guests would rather stay in their caravan or camp, there is a caravan park with electricity for all sites as well as a modern ablution block.
The Ferry Hotel also boasts with a delicious Sunday lunch menu guaranteed to be enjoyed by the whole family. Bookings are essential. For the boating enthusiasts there is a slipway to the Gamtoos river, and for fishing, it is a record cob fishing destination.
It also offers a modern venue for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, corporate functions and birthday parties which can comfortably seat up to 120 delegates.
There is a comfortable bar area with TV's for all sporting events. There is also a bar menu available for those that would like to fill up along with their drinks.
