Description
The Garden Cottage is a recently self-catering holiday cottage, set on the grounds of a large property, located on the shore of the Indian Ocean, in Seaview, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The Garden Cottage has been built with guests privacy in mind. It is fully fenced off from the main house and is surrounded by large, well-established trees.
The cottage can accommodate up to 8 adults and contains 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the second, third and fourth bedrooms each contain a double bed. The beds are made with 100-per cent cotton linen. The cottage has 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 family bathroom. The main en-suite bathroom has a spa bath, and separate toilet and twin basins. The second en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and basin, and the separate family bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
The kitchen, lounge and indoor braai area are open-plan. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, a stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, potjie pot, kitchen utensils, and pots and pans.
The lounge features a large TV with full DStv and a DVD player. The cottage offers both indoor and outdoor braai facilities. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Off-street undercover parking is provided for 2 small vehicles. Access is via a private driveway and electric gate. The cottage is very secure with an alarm, and the property is fully fenced.
