Claptons Beach The Jackalope 42 is a lovely duplex unit located in a complex in Claptons Beach, Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay.
This double-story apartment has a sleeping capacity for 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, as well as a living and kitchen area. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed. Guests have access to the shared bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a basin, and a toilet as well as a separate toilet on the first floor. All linen and bath towels are provided. Guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
The living room is open plan to the kitchen and has comfy couches with a Smart-TV that offers access to YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, basic cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing machine, breakfast island as well as a 6-seater dining table with chairs.
This area expands onto the patio that overlooks the green garden and offers braai facilities. Safe parking is available for 1 vehicle per unit. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool in the complex and the canal that leads to the back of Marina Martinique. A remote-controlled gate in front of the complex leads to the beach.
This property is a lovely fishing spot and is within close proximity to various restaurants.
