Kid-friendly and safe. This resort is kid-friendly and has a lot to do to keep busy. Sun City is also 5km from the resort if you want to have some more fun. The resort is well-maintained and units are clean. Staff from the gate to reception to restaurant to cleaners are all well-trained, friendly, and helpful. It's been a pleasure to see friendly staff all the time. Please consider changing the gate at the water world to the shop (sometimes we don't have our room card with us), then you can't enter the shop. It should be easy access for guests staying at the resort. We found a lot of unhappy guests at the gate during our 7-day stay because they also did not bring their room cards to open the gate.
