Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi at designated hotspots throughout the property and may contact Reception for login details.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in otherwise a security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.

Please respect your fellow guests' enjoyment by ensuring that there is no noise or disturbance at any time, but especially after 10pm. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to please vacate the unit and resort.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not “split” the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you’ve not abided by these requirements, you and/or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.

Description
Accommodating up to 8 adults and an infant under 2 years old in a cot (on request), this self-catering villa offers a relaxing retreat. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed each, while the remaining two bedrooms offer two single beds in each room. The villa also features a full kitchen with modern appliances, a lounge, and a spacious dining room. The outdoor entertainment area, complete with a patio fitted with braai facilities, a sparkling splash pool, and a fire pit, is the perfect space for a wonderful family getaway. For added privacy, the entertainment area is not interleading with the rooms.

While we endeavour to keep disturbances to a minimum during our construction and improvement phases, we apologise in advance for any inconvenience that such activities may cause guests during their stay.
The Splash Kingdom Waterpark, including the waterpark swimming pool, will be closed for refurbishment and maintenance from 12 August 2024 to 13 September 2024. The swimming pool near the on-site restaurant remains available for use over this period.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi at designated hotspots throughout the property and may contact Reception for login details.
The credit card used to make the booking will need to be presented at check-in otherwise a security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorization upon arrival.
Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted.
Beekman Holidays acts as the primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.
Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 19:00 from Sunday to Thursday and between 15:00 and 21:00 on Friday and Saturday.
The use of braais is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites, or chalets booked are located close to one another.

You and you guests must provide proof of identification such as a valid ID, driver's license, or passport. Without proof of identification, the resort may deny you occupation.
You or your guest must produce a confirmation letter in hardcopy or digital form at the time of check-in. The resort reserves the right to allocate a different unit, of the same size, to that indicated on the confirmation letter.
If in the opinion of management, you and your party exceed the maximum designated capacity of your unit, you and your party may be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee may be charged to you.
Please respect your fellow guests' enjoyment by ensuring that there is no noise or disturbance at any time, but especially after 10pm. The playing of loud music at any time is not acceptable. The failure to adhere to this will result in the request to please vacate the unit and resort.
This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking.
Renting out a unit prior to getting approval from management is not allowed. You may not “split” the booking period amongst guests that are not indicated on the official confirmation letter. If management, at their discretion, finds that you’ve not abided by these requirements, you and/or your party may not occupy the unit, or will be asked to vacate the unit, and a penalty fee will be charged to you.
Any damage to the resort property, including the unit/s and their contents, is the financial liability of the guest in occupation and may exceed the breakage deposit paid at check-in, depending on damages incurred during occupation.
Signing an indemnity form is standard practice. Only a person over 18 years may sign the Guest Registration Card at check-in. The indemnifier must remain in occupation for the duration of the stay. If the indemnifier vacates the unit, the remaining occupants may be asked to vacate the resort.
Pets are not allowed at the resort, except for certified support animals. Failing to adhere to this may lead to a penalty fee and a request to remove the pet(s) from the resort.
Smoking in units, on patios, or any of the other buildings on the resort premises is not allowed by law. Should Management, at their discretion, find that you and/ or your party has violated this policy, you will be liable to pay a fine.
