Disappointing because the property is beautiful, it is just badly managed. 1. No electricity in the upstairs room - host said that due to time of year (4 January) there were no electricians and couldn't fix it - children had to sleep in the lounge as they had no lights or fan upstairs. Also no lights in the downstairs bathroom for the entire stay. The electrical issue was never resolved during our entire stay. 2. Downstairs shower wasn't draining - informed the host, she never sent a plumber or did anything to fix it. 3. Fridge leaked water all over the kitchen floor. 4. No water pressure in the bathroom in the cottage. 5. Shower in the cottage leaks into the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom. 6. Toilet door in the cottage doesn't close. 7. Cushions on the couch were filthy. 8. Bed linen in the cottage had holes in it. 9. Unit was surface cleaned only, if you moved any furniture it was filthy underneath.
