Disappointing because the property is beautiful, it is just badly managed. 1. No electricity in the upstairs room - host said that due to time of year (4 January) there were no electricians and couldn't fix it - children had to sleep in the lounge as they had no lights or fan upstairs. Also no lights in the downstairs bathroom for the entire stay. The electrical issue was never resolved during our entire stay. 2. Downstairs shower wasn't draining - informed the host, she never sent a plumber or did anything to fix it. 3. Fridge leaked water all over the kitchen floor. 4. No water pressure in the bathroom in the cottage. 5. Shower in the cottage leaks into the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom. 6. Toilet door in the cottage doesn't close. 7. Cushions on the couch were filthy. 8. Bed linen in the cottage had holes in it. 9. Unit was surface cleaned only, if you moved any furniture it was filthy underneath. Paid for a cleaning service and the lady only worked for 2 hours and left without emptying the dustbin. Cupboards are full of empty packets of cleaning materials and other rubbish. Dustbin area is cluttered and full of rubbish. 10. Only 6 forks in an 8-sleeper unit.

Paradys. Fantastiese plek om die rustigheid van die bosveld te geniet en jou siel te verkwik. Ons gaste van Nieu-Seeland was ook baie beïndruk met die verblyf. Die plek is pragtig en baie gemaklik ingerig en het ons verwagtige oorterf. Ons sal dit definitief aanbeveel en sal graag weer daar bly.

Superb. Everything was above the expectations and won't mind going back again. It is a home from home with nature and animals. Wish I stayed longer.

Peace. Serenity. Zen. Nature at its best. We all felt close to undisturbed nature and you can see the moving freely minding their own business while you are safe inside the house, the houses are designed in such a way that you feel safe and if anything should happen you are not trapped. Customer service was always a phone call away and on WhatsApp ready to assist. We will visit again to experience the other beautiful houses.

Beste rus ooit! As jy plek soek om te rus, is dit die plek! Dis stil, mens weet nie van die ander lodges naby jou nie - die ligging is perfek en uitstekend uiteengesit. Dag twee het dit al soos ons eie plekkie gevoel, lafenis vir die siel! Daar is diere wat tot by die huis kom, ons het elke dag diere gesien en daar het selfs 'n trop buffels reg by die huis verby geloop. Die huis is skoon en netjies, beslis 'n plek waarheen ons weer sal gaan, 5 ster!

Mooi gedeelte van die bos om te besoek. Baie mooi plek om te besoek met baie wild en asemrowende uitsig. Was net nie tevrede toe hulle half tien die oggend gekom het om linne van beddens af te haal nie en net buite voordeur gewag het om plekkie skoon te maak nie. Dink hulle kon dit by 11uur doen. Dit het gevoel asof ons aangejaag word. Jacuzzi is dan ook in Mabalingwe en nie by plekkie self nie.
