The Liferboat is a self-catering apartment located on the owner's property, situated in Port Owen, Velddrif. The unit can accommodate a family of 4 adults. Situated on the water with a full view of the Berg River and nearby mountain ranges.
The apartment is located on the first floor consisting of a kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and a large family room opening onto a large balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and there are 2 single beds in the family room. The kitchen contains appliances and all utensils to cook meals, a fridge, microwave, and 2-plate stove with pots pans cutlery and crockery.
The family room is equipped with MY Family Cinema and opens onto a large balcony with braai facilities. The entire unit is covered by Fiber Wi-Fi at no additional cost.
The unit is situated on the Admiral Island canal a tributary of the Berg River. Guests have access to a private jetty on site, from which they can launch and explore the river or the Atlantic Ocean, should they wish to bring their boat. Small paddle craft is available on-site to explore the abundant bird life, and fish or just navigate the river and local waterways. Guests can book a sightseeing trip along the Berg River from Step Lightly River Cruises.
