Description
The Magical Teepee Experience is a little teepee village that offers you the chance to relax and recharge while staying in Hogsback. It is an incredibly unique experience to stay in a luxury teepee that will let you reconnect with the simple ways of life. Relax and surrender in a candle-lit room while the fire is going at the foot of your bed. It doesn’t matter if you stay a night or a month, your soul will be rejuvenated by the time of departure.
Accommodation is offered in 4 large teepees, built on raised wooden decks and a few metres apartment, namely Earth, Air, Fire and Water. Each teepee can accommodate 2 guests and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 three-quarter beds, a super comfy couch or armchairs, and an original Mexican Chimenea fireplace which provides an amazing atmosphere as well as plenty of warmth. Candles and fairy lights add extra magic after the sun has set. Each teepee has an electrical point to make your glamping experience more comfortable. The decks overlook the garden, and are the ideal spot to sunbathe or enjoy reading a book in peace and quiet. On a clear night you can gaze at a million stars while lying in your bed with the teepee’s smoke flaps open or sitting on the deck with a yummy beverage in your hands.
A wooden ablution facility is a few metres away, and each teepee has its own private bathroom within the ablution containing a gas-heated shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
Guests will have shared use of a communal kitchen facility, the Elements Kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge, gas stove, kettle, microwave and toaster. Inside the kitchen, each teepee will have its own personal cupboard with cutlery and crockery, and space to store groceries. The teepee village has 3 braai facilities, equipped with a large grid.
A complimentary crate of wood is provided for your romantic fire inside the teepee. Additional firewood can be purchased on the property.
The Magical Teepee Experience is a great starting point to explore Hogsback’s beautiful nature with many hikes close by. The Hogsback town centre, the grocery store, several restaurants and markets are only a 2 km drive or a walk away. All Hogsback’s main attractions are close by in comfortable distance.
