Good central location with a creepy owner/neighbour. I had two sets of visitors stay over a period of 9 days at the Millhouse unit. The management agent was very professional and nice. They upgraded my first set of visitors to a 3-bedroomed unit. I was very happy with the upgrade. The first visitors were happy with the stay but did observe nosy neighbours asking questions. The second set of visitors had two kids, in-laws, and a nanny. The owner/neighbour is a bit of a "Karen" and monitored them through CCTV and made nasty remarks. Apparently, he assumed other people in the precinct who looked similar to my visitors were also staying with them. He billed me an extra R500 "clean-up" fee because he claimed they were "dirty". I paid the fee. The unit did not provide the cleaning service when I requested. Their nanny actually cleaned up the place before they checked out. I do not recommend booking the Millhouse unit if you value privacy and do not want to be monitored by the owner during your stay.

Unbelievably nice, peaceful, beautiful and definitely worth it. The best place to stay in Kalk Bay. Quiet atmosphere, neat, clean, walking distance to everything in Kalk Bay. Friendly people, fantastic service. I will definitely go again.
