Appalling. The stay was mediocre, to say the least. When we got there, the door was a pain to open, it seemed it didn't latch on properly. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet light was burned out. The room door falls out of its hinges most of the time it's hard to close. During stay 2 the kitchen bulbs dimmed out so we practically had to eat in the dark. I had sent a message to the people who were assigned as my agent who said they were going to send someone to fix it. On the day of our checkout, they sent someone. Felt like a slap in the face. The "access to the communal pool" is not actually true as we didn't end up going to the main feature of the place due to the negligence of the company failing to tell us you'll have to pay for access. Literally, on the last day of our stay, they told us that it was too late. The service I've gotten was appalling. They make you feel so low class at the estate because you're a "visitor". They do not give you resident access for your stay so you'll have to constantly ask for codes to go in and out and apparently they have a minimum amount to give per day. Overall I would like to be reimbursed for my stay because I feel I was duped and promised something that didn't even come close to living up to what they advertised. I would never recommend this place. Do not be fooled by the lagoon. The management is blue-ticking me on whatsapp after I sent them video graphic proof of everything that I took out on day one.
