Nutwoods Park, located in the heart of the quaint Hogsback Village, is a spacious historic farmhouse originally built in the 1940s. Situated within a magnificent private garden spanning more than a hectare, it offers myriad features and walkways for exploration.
Accommodating up to 8 people, the farmhouse includes 3 double rooms, one en-suite with bath and shower, and 2 additional bathrooms with showers dedicated to each room across the corridor. Two of the rooms feature cosy seating areas with private fireplaces, while an alcove room off the passageway provides space for 2 more single beds, ideal for children or extra guests.
The property features 2 entrance halls, a double guest cloakroom, a large kitchen with a gas stove, a fridge and basic appliances, and a separate scullery. The dining room showcases a vintage fireplace and opens onto a verandah overlooking a courtyard rose garden. The lounge, also with a fireplace, offers garden views where birdlife and Samango monkeys frequent. While there are no TVs on site, free uncapped Wi-Fi ensures connectivity for personal devices.
Outside, guests can enjoy a play area with a jungle gym and trampoline. Conveniently located within walking distance of the village's amenities and nature trails leading to picturesque waterfalls and Indigenous forests, Nutwoods Park is the perfect retreat to explore this unique rural jewel.
