Well located, comfortable, clean, friendly reception. I needed accommodation to attend the rugby festival at Gray High School. The Orchards is very close to the school and therefore fulfilled my main requirement 100%. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have everything needed. Lovey and welcoming host. Only downfall of the stay was that there isn't a proper kitchen as well as it wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately it was very dusty and the bed sheets weren't clean, besides that beautiful and very safe. If you're not a dog or cat person I wouldn't recommend. But I love dogs and they are very very friendly.
