Description
The Pines at Dondini Trout Farm is a quality self-catering cottage situated on Dondini Trout Farm; a 25.3-hectare property at the top end of the Kamberg Valley bordering on Highmoor Nature Reserve. Dondini is a beautiful property with stunning scenery and has 2 large regularly stocked trout dams as well as 1.5 km of river frontage on the Little Mooi providing excellent fly fishing facilities.
The Pines Cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 3 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table. The lounge area contains a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv Premium channels, and a fireplace. The living area opens to a covered deck with seating and outdoor dining furniture overlooking a dam. There is a built-in braai in the garden.
The peaceful and tranquil environment is a perfect venue to relax and unwind. There are lovely walks, short hikes and mountain biking on-site as well as longer excursions available in Highmoor, a couple of kilometres away. Glengarry 9-hole golf course is nearby, approximately 5 kilometres away.
