The Real Boathouse is 140 square meters of original, converted Kosmos boathouse on the waterfront. This is a unique experience that is private and spacious. If you are looking for something different, this is it.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
The open-plan living-, dining-, and kitchen areas are located downstairs. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, toaster, microwave and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area leads out onto a deck which is right on the water.
The two bedrooms, with a king-size bed in each room, are upstairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. A separate toilet is available. Both bathrooms are upstairs.
Additional features include a gas braai and seating on the deck where guests can relax.
As the unit is situated right on the water (with no railing) and the industrial staircase has only one rail, we don't recommend this property for people with young children as we cannot be held liable for their safety.
