Owner/manager of guesthouse called us 21:00 on the day our guest (we sponsored someone's accommodation) and told us the full amount wansn't paid - but it was paid. Very unprofessional. On the last few nights our guest stayed there the manager was no where in sight. So the guest didn't feel safe. Unpleasant experience.
