The Ridge is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment located in the tree-lined suburb of Kenridge, Durbanville with easy access to Durban Road and within a 4 km radius of popular shopping centres, business districts and a wide variety of restaurants.
This apartment has a sleeping capacity of 2 guests and is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, basin, and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The unit features ample cupboard space and is ideal for long staying guests, business travelers, or a couple’s break-away. A hair dryer and iron / ironing board is also provided for your convenience. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a standing fan which can be moved around for those warm summer days. A heater is provided for the colder nights.
The unit has a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.
