Weak. No reception from hostess or host. Room was not pre-cleaned. Cobwebs in corner of room and curtains dirty. No preparation was done. Young man came to put gas in while we were there. DStv also inserted only then. No coffee or tea or sugar in room. Had to inquire for WiFi code after all of the above were advertised on the website.

The electricity did not run out, we unfortunately experienced Load Shedding from ESKOM that entire weekend, this is something out of our control and we weren't made aware of it from ESKOM either, i do apologise. We do keep refill gas bottles, the customer should have advised us that the gas in the heater had run out and we would have gladly exchanged the bottle for him.
