Breakage Deposit

House Rules

Guests are kindly requested to keep noise levels down after 22:00 to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Please refrain from disruptive behaviour that may disturb other guests or neighbours.

Keep in mind that there may be monkeys in the area, so exercise caution and avoid feeding or provoking them.

Dispose of black bags either inside the house or in the designated green bins outside as appropriate.

Ensure that the number of guests in the accommodation does not exceed eight people at any time.

The cleaning fee covers the cost of cleaning upon check-out; guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.

Be mindful not to lock the house keys inside to avoid any inconvenience.

Please note that fines will be imposed for any violations of these house rules.

In case of power outages or faults, the property has an inverter.
