This stunning double-storey villa comprises 3 bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Upstairs, a workspace leads to the contemporary main bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, and its en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The other two rooms are downstairs, one with a queen-size bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be put together for a King size on request. The second room features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the third room uses ta separate bathroom with a shower as well.
On the ground floor, guests will find the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. A dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. The living area opens onto an enclosed patio with ample seating space as well as built-in braai facilities, which leads to the swimming pool.
A bonus feature of the property is the presence of a large scale (16Kw) inverter with 35 Kw back up battery power storage ensuring uninterrupted electricity during power outages.
