The Semester is a spacious and charming holiday home in the sought-after Seekoei Road in Marloth Park. It is an ideal sanctuary for families and groups looking to experience South Africa’s iconic bush in true comfort as it is a mere 300 m walk from the famous Crocodile River Lookout Point.
This property can accommodate up to 9 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Another queen-size bed is available in the fourth bedroom as well as a single bed. The second bathroom has a bath and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Additionally, there is a cosy reading nook where guests can also play some board games.
Outside, the back garden has an outdoor dining table, braai facilities as well as sun loungers. The front yard features additional braai facilities as well as a splash pool where guests can cool off on those hot summer days. Guests are afforded secure covered parking on the property.
