The Studio at Brighton Manor is a self-catering apartment located on the owner’s property, situated in Summerstrand. The property is located 2 minutes from the beach.
This tastefully decorated studio comprises open-plan living, with a bedroom area furnished with a king-size bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. Heaters and heated under-blankets are also available for the winter months. The en-suite bathroom features a shower, basin and toilet. The unit also has a guest toilet.
The adjacent fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove, a kettle, a coffee machine, and utensils.
The lounge area is open plan with the bedroom and features a 50 cm flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi Internet is provided as well. Guests have access to the outdoor pool, braai area and garden on the property. Pool loungers are also part of the pool area. Secure parking at no extra cost.
Please note no smoking is allowed in the unit.
