Great stay, except for the parking issue and the lack of clear communication. We had a good stay, the unit had everything we needed, including the washing machine which was a bonus. Great security system as they make use of biometrics. However, there's no parking. You have to rely on the availability of the few yellow parking bays in front of the building, and this is quite an inconvenience for driving guests - also no prior communication in this regard. Found one cockroach on arrival, but didn't see any more during our stay. Fumigation would be great, and the washing of the cushions on the couch to ensure they stay fresh. When making a booking we were asked to pay a cleaning fee, but upon arrival and on enquiry, we were informed that the amount we paid was not for the daily cleaning set during our stay, but for cleaning the unit after we check out. Again there was no prior communication as we were made to believe that the cleaning fee we paid was for us to benefit from the cleaning services.

Regarding the cleaning fee, we want to clarify that the departure cleaning fee and booking fee are mandatory and included in your total booking value. This information was communicated during the initial booking process through the booking platform. We understand how important clear communication is, and we will work to improve this for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the cockroach and the condition of the cushions. Baie lekker gekuier. Lieflike plek. Die plek was binne lieflik en veilig. Die straat voor waar jy ingaan het, het ons onveilig laat voel en 'n bietjie ongemaklik gelaat. Mens kan nie vinnig genoeg in die gebou ingaan nie. Binne was dit skoon, netjies en 'n lieflike eenheid.
