Will definitely be staying here again. Clean and awesome service. The food was incredible. The rooms are clean and the beds are huge and comfortable.

Good rest on the long road. The Vale was a good overnight stop on the N1. The staff are friendly and helpful and communicate well with everything you need. The bar with 'drinks' was a surprise and I think welcome. The rooms are well equipped with everything needed for an overnight stop. I would like better quality light bulbs in the rooms. The rooms are a bit dark, even if you turn on the lights.

Would have been nice if drains didn't stink so badly. Beautiful place, the smells from the drains were terrible, it really stinks even inside the houses. Would recommend, but only if the drains are in order. We also didn't have a lawn like in the photos.

Vale Karoo Farm is the perfect overnight stop on a long journey. We had a lovely overnight stay between Joburg and Cape Town. Everything was perfect: character-filled cottage, neat and clean, all amenities in the room were working well and functional, safe, peaceful - a beautiful night under the stars. It's definitely our go-to stop en route in the future. The staff were lovely. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
