I feel you could have reported these issues on the first morning to the housekeeper when coming in for breakfast. The gate was an issue that has since been fixed - a new gate was installed yesterday. We now have a new toiletry amenity supplier who promptly delivered our order of shampoo, body wash etc. this morning. If I may suggest for the future, when you check into an accommodation establishment, please notify either management, the owner or housekeeper of anything you are not comfortable with. Giving a bad review on social media after the fact is really unfair. We are all just trying to recover from a very difficult past few years following lockdown.
