Lovely few days in Tamboerskloof, comfortable room with good breakfast. It was a few windy days but very comfortable in spacious room.

Well-positioned upmarket accommodation with great service! My wife and I travelled to Cape Town to compete in the Cape Town Cycle tour and were pleasantly surprised with The Walden House. The house to which we had access was elegant and the rooms were stylish and very comfortable. The Walden House is well position at the foot of Table Mountain and within walking distance of the bustling restaurants in Tamboerskloof. Our hosts prepared a packed breakfast on the day of the cycle race when they learned that we are leaving early before breakfast is served.

Nice scenery, close to shops, The Castle of Good Hope and V&A Waterfront. Easily accessible. The Walden House was easily accessible form the Cape Town International Airport. The Garden Suite is beautiful and neat. Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful view towards Table Mountain. It would be easy to walk down the street to visit all the quaint little shops and also further away towards the main CBD. Thank you, I enjoyed staying at The Walden House.

Stunning! I thought it was perfect for business. 3 minutes to the center of town where my clients are based. Easy to find coming into Cape Town. Lovely setting. Close to Camps Bay if you want to have a sundowner and enjoy a little walk on the beach.

Real quality at a good price We stayed for over a week,Then hired a car & did the garden route. On our return to Cape Town we came back to The Walden House. We really like it! Friendly staff who helped hiring a car, getting vouchers, booking taxis & giving advice. A great location. We walked into town regularly, taking us only about 15 minutes. Great location for Kloof Street & eating out. Quality rooms especially good beds & excellent bathrooms. Id recommend Walden House to everybody...
