Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

Smoking is not allowed in the house or rooms.
Drinking is not allowed in the main bedroom as it is carpeted and guests will be responsible for the cleaning fee.
Alcohol should not spill on the couches, as guests will be responsible for the cleaning fee.
Loud music is not allowed after 11:59 PM.
Stretch tents are not allowed on the deck.

The maximum number of guests is 14. If you wish to host a party, please contact the host for details and arrangements.

Any breakages, as well as the above rules, may affect your deposit.
