No value for money. The accommodation is marketed as 4-star, but the quality of the equipment and crockery in the unit is definitely not. There is no mention at all that the unit is 50 meters from a train track, or the fact that the street it is on is very noisy. I believe it is a 3 star and the price should be adjusted.
