The Thewane Holiday House is a spacious self-catering holiday home ideal for a family or group of friends to enjoy a getaway in the Dinokeng Game Reserve along Fisant Road in Pretoria.
This spacious property can accommodate up to 14 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and 1 single bed each. Bedroom one features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower over the bath and a toilet. The other rooms make use of the second bathroom, which is fitted with a toilet and a shower over the bath. An additional separate toilet is available for guests.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezers, dishwasher, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, filtered water, cutlery, and crockery. The property is known for its thatched Lapa area with a built-in braai and a swimming pool. This area is the perfect space to enjoy fun and games while taking in the wild outdoor scenery.
For activities and attractions, guests can enjoy game drives and guided bush walks within the Dinokeng Reserve to get up close and personal with the local wildlife, including lions, rhinos, buffalo, and elephants. The Reserve also offers other activities such as hot-air balloon rides, fishing, and bird-watching. In the surrounding area, guests can visit the historical town of Cullinan, known for its diamond mine tours, or explore the quaint local shops and restaurants in the nearby town of Hammanskraal.
