Peaceful, quiet location. Attentive hosts. Good value on the special. We cashed in on the special offer, book 3 nights and got a discount. Lovely breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Was adequate for our needs. Beautiful garden.

My friends had a lovely stay and all of their needs were met. Lovely room upstairs for the children, with a great view of the green belt on fields hill. We loved the cat!

You were also upgraded to an en-suite room which we observe you failed to mention in your review. The room which you were upgraded to at no extra cost had the facility of its own entrance and exit. This you will not find in the area. We are excellent hosts and have been told so by many before....We take alot of pride in what we do...Following the research that we have conducted in the area we have found that we are by far cheaper an more economical than most Guest Houses. Going forward we shall not be installing TVs in rooms due to the nature of clients that have voiced their say in this matter. We do have a TV room that is mentioned on the site and you were very welcome to use this. The TV lounge we offer for guests is in the main house as you enter. You will also know that the site does not mention air-con in the room. We do not believe in false advertising and do not practice it. As far as Wifi is concerned we do not have control over wifi and the service provider providing it. The area does not have fibre due to a Technical issue with the mainstream network provider.
