Toni's Cottage is an open plan studio cottage ideally located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Graaff-Reinet, close to most attractions, coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The property is situated about 150 m walking distance from Steers and Engen service station with a 24-hour shop, and about 200 m from Spar.
The unit accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 small children, and has an open-plan layout.
The cottage is air-conditioned and also has a heater for the cold days. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed that convert into twin beds. The separate bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The kitchenette features a bar fridge, microwave, and a kettle. Complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, milk and purified drinking water are provided.
There is a dining area that contains a 2 or 4-seater set dining table and chairs. There is a lounge area furnished with a sleeper couch that can accommodate 1 adult or 2 small children or be used as a couch. The room has a TV with OpenView channels, Netflix, Showmax and the DStv app is available for guests to log into their own accounts.
An optional English breakfast and dinners can be arranged upon request.
Cottage guests have access to the swimming pool, enclosed garden and a braai area, so privacy is guaranteed.
Safe and secure off-street parking is available. 1 undercover parking space and another behind an enclosed gate are available, large enough for 2 cars, SUVs, bakkies or a caravan or trailer.
