Description
Topaz 802 is a spacious self-catering unit located in a beachfront apartment building in Strand and boasts incredible unlimited ocean views from the balcony and many areas in the unit.
The capacity of this air-conditioned unit is 4 adults and 2 children, and is entered via an elevator which opens up directly to the unit. This elegant apartment comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms with lovely ocean views. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite shower.
From the entrance hall, guests enter the main open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is available in the separate scullery.
Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Through the sliding doors by the dining table, there is an enclosed balcony with 2 single sleeper couches. The lounge has comfortable seating, as well as a TV and guests, have access to free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, living area as well as both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony that has a gas braai and boasts beautiful 180-degree ocean views.
Guests are afforded 2 parking bays in the basement and have access to the building’s communal facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a steam room as well as a guest’s lounge.
The apartment has backup power and therefore not affected by loadshedding.
