Tranquil Secure Coastal Apartment is a charming self-catering unit situated in Strand, ideal for a family or group of friends. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated. It is located within walking distance to beaches, and to the Heidelberg Golf Club.
This 2-bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate a total of 4 guests and share the use of 1 bathroom. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There is also a washing machine for guests’ convenience. The dining area has a lovely dining set for guests to enjoy their meals and opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a Smart 43-inch FHD TV with limited channels (OpenView only). There is uncapped, unshaped and unthrottled WiFi and a Smart TV so you can log into your own Netflix/other provider accounts. Guests can enjoy a lovely sundowner on the balcony, but no smoking is allowed on the property/balcony.
Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises by means of one open space within the confines of the walled complex (visitors parking) and one allocated single vehicle garaged parking (allocated to the unit itself). This property is within close proximity to Stellenbosch University, the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve, and Cape Town International Airport. It is also located near many shops, restaurants, and bars.
