The house features 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, although the master bedroom can be configured as a king bed if preferred. There are 3 bathrooms: Two en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and a bath, and the other with a shower only. The remaining bathroom contains a shower, toilet, and basin. For families with young children, an extra mattress on the floor can be arranged for a nominal fee to cover linen costs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV.
