Tranquillity at Pinnacle Point Golf Estate is a lovely self-catering house set overlooking the Atlantic ocean in the secure Pinnacle Point Golf Estate in Mossel Bay, a mere 400 km from both Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. The house is a peaceful haven to recharge and relax. The Pinnacle Point Golf Estate offers a restaurant and a bar, a wellness centre, a children’s entertainment centre, a spa and a Peter Matkovich designed 72-par layout championship golf course. The estate also offers secluded beaches along 4 km of coastline.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en-suite with a toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The 4th bedroom has a double bed combination.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dishwasher, and a washing machine and tumble-dryer. The cosy lounge features a fireplace and flat-screen TV. The lounge leads to an enclosed patio sunroom area with a built-in braai, a 6-seater dining table and chairs, and a second lounge area. Large windows and glass sliding doors allow you to soak in the beautiful view. The doors open to the garden and outdoor furniture is available. Wi-Fi is available.
A golf cart is available for travel around the estate but not for use on the golf course. Golf carts are hired at the Pinnacle Point Golf Club to be used on the golf course. A cleaning service can be organised at extra cost.
