Had a great time. Was very nice and peaceful, caught nice fish. This was our 3rd time there and would go again any day. Maria is always there to help.

We had a nice stay and our 4 foot child had more than enough room to run. Treeferns Trout Lodge is very well located and a beautiful place with beautiful ponds, walking trails and green grass plains. Our 4 foot child enjoyed it just as much. She had enough space to run and have fun swimming in the ponds.

Relaxing family friendly stay. We had a highly enjoyable stay at Treeferns. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating with our big group. Beautiful location, disappointing fishing. Some dams had no fish and others were not stocked/poorly stocked. The accommodation was basic but serviced daily, which made it convenient. Take along hot water bottles and extra blankets as the unit gets very cold at night. Electric blankets would help a lot. The lodge is neat and well-maintained, but enquire about the stocking of the dams before booking.

Perfect, cannot wait to return! The most beautiful location and stay. We loved being in the farm cottage, it was cosy and perfect, and the fireplace made the entire house warm in the freezing weather! Maria and Johnny are amazing hosts!
