Disappointing. Treelands Castle is in need of a lot of maintenance. The walls have a severe damp problem, and the entire accommodation has a very musty smell to it. The furniture is torn, and the beds are hollow and uncomfortable. The linen is worn. Some of the lights were not working either. Lallie very kindly came to change the one kitchen light for us. Very disappointed in poor customer service from host. Contact person incredibly inept and yelled at me on phone. Garden was untidy, full of bushes and house and beds full of spiders.
