Tropical Beach Apartment is a lovely boutique apartment located in a secure complex in the heart of Table View and is situated a block behind Beach Boulevard and boasts views of iconic Table Mountain.
This apartment can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a tranquil bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a sliding door that opens onto the private balcony. A large shower, washbasin and toilet are available in the en-suite bathroom. Quality linen, bath and swimming towels are provided as well as a hairdryer will be available.
The open-plan main living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 2-seater breakfast bar where guests can enjoy their meals. A washer dryer combo and an ironing board with iron are also available in the kitchen.
Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with a Smart TV with Netflix and Youtube. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Guests can either enjoy a coffee in the morning on the private balcony or they can make use of the communal rooftop swimming pool and braai area.
Guests are afforded secure covered parking on the property and the apartment is accessed via an elevator. This complex is situated a short walk from a well-known kite surfers beach, coffee shops, restaurants and bars.
