House Rules
If guests arrive later than 18:00 pm they need to make alternative arrangements with the host. Guest must please check-in before going out for dinner as an additional R500 will be added to the bill for checking in later than 20:00.
Guests that do not arrive in the set breakfast times of 7:30 till 09:30 will forfeit their breakfast.
Any damages caused by a guest is the responsibility of the guest and is payable before leaving the premises. children up to 3 yrs can share an exisitng bed with parents at no extra cost. An extra rate for children from 3 to 6 years is payable, as a kids mattress will be provided. this mattress is only suitable for children up to 6 years. Any child above 6 years will pay the same rate as an adult, as they will have to sleep on a three-quarter bed, and the only room large enough to fit an additional three-quarter bed is the honeymoon suite. If a guest should loose their keys, an amount of R500.00 will be payable to replace them. The whole guesthouse is a non-smoking environment. Designated smoking areas are available outside. Should any guest ignore this rule in our policy, they will be charged R1000.00 for cleaning costs incurred.
