Description
Umkhumbi Lodge is a family-owned lodge run by Anton and Emma and is situated within Kuleni Game Park, a small private reserve with a network of walking trails and a great variety of small game species. Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park in KwaZulu-Natal is a short drive away.
Accommodation is offered in a choice of the family chalets, 2-sleeper chalets, or self-catering chalets. All the rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, with air-conditioning, fridge, and an en-suite bathroom. The family units have 2 bedrooms meaning that guests can have privacy while the little ones sleep safely in the next room.
A central open-fronted lapa houses the dining room and treetop bar where spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed from the wooden deck. After the sun goes down, both guests and guides can gather around the fire to swap stories about the day’s exciting adventures.
Guests can enjoy the use of the communal swimming pool, lounge, pool table, and bar area. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge.
