House Rules

Umzimkulu River Lodge aims to have your cottages refreshed and ready for you by 14:00 on your arrival day and we ask that you vacate your unit at 10:30 on your departure day. Umzimkulu River Lodge does however make allowances upon request if there are no other guests expected.
Additional housekeeping in the afternoon can be arranged at an additional fee.
Pets permitted by prior arrangement in the pet friendly units - Giants Cabin, Woodland Cottage, Pied Unit B and Mangrove Cottage.
For Pied Unit B, a maximum of 2 small dogs are permitted.
Dogs must be friendly towards cats, other dogs and people.
