Stunning apartment — everything worked, neat, tidy and truly a home from home! Although the apartment is above resturants, the noise level is all good, the apartment is very comfortable and is very centrally located, no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. Perfect location and perfect for a longer stay. I stayed for a month and really appreciated that there was a full kitchen and laundry right in the unit. It is so centrally located in Stellenbosch that everything is literally at your doorstep. I worked on campus, and it was a ten-minute walk to get to campus. The one thing to take into account: It is right above Stellenbosch's restaurant street and that means that it's not super quiet. The street noise didn't bother me, but if you need absolute quiet then that may be a problem. Great communication with the team at Unique Stay, they were quick to respond to any question and always willing to help.

Luxurious apartment right in the hub of life. The apartment is super comfortable right in the heart of Stellenbosch. You are within walking distance of all the great buildings and eating establishments in Centra Stellenbosch. Nice apartment. The apartment is really very well furnished, except that there are about only 2 plates. Our plan wasn't to wash dishes after every meal, but we had to. Madre is very helpful, but checked us in and didn't even offer to help with luggage. They couldn't drive away fast enough. The parking lot is tight and a struggle to drive in and out. We traveled with a 6 month old baby and I do not recommend the apartment for people with children because in the evenings there is a lot of noise with the apartment being on top of restuarants. However, we enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to friends without children. Very nice apartment.
