1 night stopover in JHB. The apartment was clean and tidy and check-in was easy and the staff friendly. Crockery/kitchenware in the apartment was a bit uneven and not enough for everyone. And towels were also scarce. Would like (as in many other guest rooms) to have a mirror and power plug together. This apartment did not have mirrors in the bedrooms. Furthermore, we had a nice stay, the sunset over Rosebank is beautiful!

Neat and central. We booked for 8 people, but there were only towels put out for 4 people. In the 2nd apartment there were only 2 cups. The lower flat has no 2-point plugs, which was a frustration. Apartments were very neat and very centrally located.

Location was perfect. The bedding was slightly dirty. Just note that please. Furthermore, it was neat and clean.

An otherwise perfect stay let down by contractors and maintenance issues. The security at reception was brilliant and helpful. There were only 2 issues that bothered. We booked for 4 people but there were only 2 towels, 1 in each room. It took the people outsourced to provide the linen 6 hours to bring us 2 towels and this after contacting them 3 times. The towels were also just thrown into a black bag and not even folded. The 1 towel was full of bleach marks. Then the extractors in the bathrooms had probably not been cleaned in years, because they were full of dust and mold? The roof in the bathroom on suite can also be painted, because it is full of watermarks.
